The summer sun is high in the sky but all thoughts seem to be on cyclocross. Team Rapha-FOCUS and staff have been in full swing to prepare for a full-team gathering and, on the eve of departure for the camp, has been struck by a significant theft of team frames. I’ve included the details of the case and all relevant information below. We would very much appreciate your support in broadcasting this message in hopes that we can recover these unique and well-deserved bicycle frames for their rightful owners.
The theft occurred sometime between 6:30 PM Saturday August 11th and 10:30 AM Sunday August 12th in Carslbad, California.
Items Stolen:
12 frames. All 54cm FOCUS Mares Carbon CX frames. All in US National Champion paint scheme.
(Note: No forks were taken)
15 – Easton EC90 SL Rear Wheels
18 – Easton EC90 SLX Front Wheels
2 pair – Easton EA70 wheels
