In a star-studded but small field at the seventh bpost bank trofee, Krawatencross in Lille, 2014 World Championships silver medalist Sven Nys was again victorious—earlier this week he took the win at Parkcross Maldegem—in a sprint ahead of Lars Van der Haar and Tom Meeusen.

Meeusen pulled up in the middle of the sprint, banging his bars, citing chain problems. He would be past by Dutch champ Van der Haar. [See video highlights of the men's Krawatencross and the sprint here.]

After a second place at Worlds last weekend, the Belgian is clearly back to his winning ways.

In the women’s race, Cant took the win over newly-recrowned World Champion Vos, who pulled her pedal out in the sprint. Helen Wyman finished in third, after finishing Worlds in the same position.
