It’s Back: USGP Secures Funding, is on for 2012

It’s official: the USGP, which earlier last week was supposedly canceled, has been saved by a last minute sponsorship from new title sponsor Trek Bicycles, along with WD-40 Bike, Clif Bar and SRAM.

Registration for races is slated to open soon, and just in time, since USGP Sun Prairie is a mere two weeks away.

Stay tuned for more details, but in the meantime, here at Cyclocross Magazine, we’ll be busy celebrating the fact that the USGP will be around in 2012.
