Like any good cyclocross event, the four days of festivity at the Trek CX Cup and World Cup Waterloo had more going on than just regular bike racing.

In addition to the amateur, UCI and World Cup races, there were the irreverent Legends Races on Friday and Saturday nights, autograph signing sessions and then on Sunday, well, mud.

Photographer Dave Mable was with us for the full weekend in Waterloo. He took his camera out to the Saturday autograph session and Legends race and also turned his lens on the muddy pre-race scene before Sunday’s World Cup.
