Cross On The Rock Gets Crazy, Canada ’Cross Style – Videos

This first video sent to us by Cross On The Rock’s Norm Thibault goes with their latest t-shirts for the year, which have the skull pictured here and then under, it reads, “Bacon.  Bikes.  Beer.”

The video they used to promote Provincials and the t-shirt is a hommage to bacon handups, which are still “not a crime” in Canadian cycling, unlike in the US, where USA Cycling officials everywhere have cracked down on the handups rule.

The 2013 COTR Heist – Phillips Brewery

The other video comes from a small brewery that helps sponsor the COTR series. Victoria’s Phillips Brewery. In this video, they staged a ’cross heist to score beer for the race, and the result is pretty darn funny.

Bacon is not yet listed as a banned substance. It is only a matter of time!
