Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) is hosting its third annual Cyclocross clinic August 15th, located on IIT’s Main Campus on the Southside of Chicago. Just in time to get prepped for the Chicago cyclocross scene, or USGP/UCI races if your love for the cowbells and mud goes a little further, the clinic will cover information needed pre-race, such as equipment choices, and follow through with skills work including:  starts, barriers, tactics/strategies and varying terrain. The clinic will finish with up to an hour of interrogation of our coaches:  Jeremy Powers (Cannondale-Cyclocrossworld.com) and Randy Warren, USA Cycling Category 1 coach.

The schedule will be as follows:
8:30 AM to 8:59 AM — First Session Rider Check In
9:00 AM to 12:00 PM— First Session (Beginner/Intermediate)
12:00 PM to 1:00PM— Lunch Q&A, Second Session Rider Check In
1:00 PM to 4:00 PM— Second Session (Intermediate/Advanced)

Pre-registration is $50 and includes a three hour clinic, lunch from Chipotle, on-line registration fees and all
applicable insurances through USA Cycling. Preregistration is available on bikereg.com.

Day-of registration for $60 will be cash only and is based on availability.
