Kalmthout has played host to some dramatic international cyclocross racing, including one of our all-time favorite races at the snowy World Cup race in 2009, when Nys, Stybar and Albert all battled, and Nys suffered from multiple mechanicals (see highlights from that race at the bottom of this post).

But just a week ago, the cyclocross powerhouses gathered in Kalmthout yet again to contest the Vlaamse Industrieprijs Bosduin in Kalmthout, under much drier and faster conditions than that epic 2009 event (see the 2013 Vlaamse Industrieprijs Bosduin in Kalmthout race report and results).  Twenty minutes into the race, a pack of 20 racers were still in contention, and pack racing proved to be the theme of the day.

We’ve got the full video of the 2013 Elite men’s race, preceded by highlights from the Junior, U23 and Women’s races.

It’s fast, tight racing on a tight, spectator-friendly course at night.
