Jay Trojan (Arc En Ciel Racing Team) spent most of Wednesday’s Men’s Masters 60-64 slowly working his way to the front. In the last lap, he finally took the lead and held it win the Stars-and-Stripes jersey.
Phillip Kenealy took the silver and Kevin Callahan (Cycle Lodge) the bronze.
