Henry Rapinz (Boulder Junior Cycling) scaled the hill the quickest in the second lap to get the Junior Men’s 11-12 National Championship on Saturday. Miles Mattern (Park Avenue Bike Shop) took second and Calvin Conaway (Midwest Devo) finished third.
