Trek Checkpoint Gravel Bike

Trek brought a pair of Checkpoints, the Wisconsin company’s new dedicated gravel platform. The first is an aluminum model with RS-505 shifters, a Shimano 105 5800 groupset and Schwalbe G-One tires.

The second is a carbon frame set up for bikepacking. It had an impressive four bottle cages mounted as well as top tube and fork leg luggage with plenty of mounting points to spare. Stay tuned as we are hoping to check out the Checkpoint in a review and look for Stan Nice riding one in Kansas next month.
