The 2021 UCI Cyclocross World Cup Iowa City Elite Men start list looks very similar to that of the 2021 UCI Cyclocross World Cup Fayetteville.

Fresh off his victory just three days ago, Quinten Hermans will be attending the 2021 UCI Cyclocross World Cup Iowa City. After winning his first-ever World Cup, Hermans will be trying for another one.

Second and third place at the 2021 Fayetteville UCI Cyclocross World Cup, and first and second at the World Cup Waterloo, Eli Iserbyt and Michael Vanthourenhout will also be lining up at the 2021 UCI Cyclocross World Cup Iowa City to try to claim another coveted victory for Pauwels-Sauzen Bingoal.

Once again, some big names are missing from the list, especially Mathew Van Der Poel and Wout van Aert.

Vincent Baestaens, the winningest Elite male this season in the U.S., will be lining up after skipping Fayetteville but winning Day 1 of Jingle Cross at the same venue and on a similar course to Sunday’s World Cup.

There are 15 Americans with 1 substitute and 5 Canadians.
