The 2022 UCI Cyclocross World Cup Fayettville was fierce. The last lap was a three-way battle between Eli Iserbyt (Pauwels Sauzen – Bingoal), Laurens Sweeck (Crelan – Fristads), and Michael Vanthourenhout (Pauwels Sauzen – Bingoal).
With Vanthourenhout falling behind, the battle turned into a duel between Iserbyt and former teammate Sweeck.
