The U.S. UCI Cyclocross season started off just as it did in 2015, with Jeremy Powers (Aspire) following Kaitlin Antonneau’s example earlier in the day and repeating as the UCI C1 winner in Rochester.
The men’s race was filled with tight racing, attacks and lead changes in the early half of the race, with racers eager to get to the front and ahead of the dust to show off their new kits:

Powers attacked with one to go and held off Jamey Dricoll (Raleigh Clement) and Stephen Hyde (Cannondale p/b CyclocrossWorld to extend his impressive reign on American cyclocross into its third year.
