It’s Westward Ho! for the 2019 U.S. Cyclocross Nationals. The week-long celebration of cyclocross in Lakewood, Washington is less than a month away, and registration is now open.

This year’s Nationals take place at Ft. Steilacoom Park in Lakewood, which is located just outside Tacoma. The event is being hosted by the MFG Cyclocross series and the Tacoma Sports Commission.

If you missed it, a young vlogger from Seattle Finn Westover made a course preview video to help get the Nationals stoke going.

Registration is being hosted via bikereg.com this year. Categories each have rider limits, and as is probably expected with Portland nearby, the Singlespeed Men’s race has less than 30 entry spots available. See below for this year’s schedule.

This year’s event will also feature an expo that runs from Tuesday, December 10 to Sunday, December 15. Registration for space in the expo area and team tent spots is also open.

For more information about lodging, social events and the weekend, visit MFG Cyclocross’s 2019 Cyclocross Nationals website.

The website also features a page to sign up to help volunteer to make the weekend a success.
