Last month, we took advantage of the opportunity to attend the Women's Montana Cross Camp and shared looks inside two days of training and some ideas from head coach Geoff Proctor you can add to your own cyclocross training regimen.
The week after the Women's camp, the Men got their opportunity to run, ride, drill and run their way to some cyclocross fitness and skills.
Joining long-time coaches Proctor, Scott Herzig and Chris McGovern were guest coaches Curtis White and Tobin Ortenblad, who helped provide instruction, participate in drills with the campers and help make sure things ran smoothly.
