When Cyclocross Magazine photographers are able to attend a race, we often walk away hundreds of photos, many of which never see the light of day after a select few make the initial race report. Today, for Flashback Friday, with the weekend's racing at Jingle Cross just hours away, we're surfacing some of those dust-collecting pixels from last year's event and offering up a visual preview of the Iowa City racing.
In 2016, due to a calamity of errors, CXM's Andrew Yee found himself at the venue without his main camera, and shot these on his eight-year-old Cannon Rebel and a ten-year-old 1DS loaner from the very kind Leman Northway, but despite the unfamiliar equipment, still came away with some gems.
