7:30 pm – The Science of Success: Trebon vs Craig
Join national champions Ryan Trebon and Adam Craig, and a panel of sports physiology experts as they explore the science of success. Free Beer provided by Deschutes Brewery. Autographed jerseys to be raffled to benefit the Sparrow Clubs. Presentation starts at 7:30pm at the Rebound Physical Therapy on the Westside of Bend, located at 155 SW Century Drive. 5 pm Showcase: Vanilla Bicyles/SpeedVagen Thump Coffee at 25 NW Minnesota Ave to meet Sacha White and see what our favorite frame-builder is up to.

6 pm – late ‘Cross Nat’s Blow Out Bash presented by USA Cycling at Midtown Music Hall, 51 N.W. Greenwood Ave., downtown Bend. Live music, tasty beer, prize giveaways and photo slideshow. Admission: Free for racers; $5 everyone else. All ages welcome

8:30 am Build on ‘Cross Fitness for the 2010 season Presenter: Mark Fasczewski
Coach Fasczewski will discuss how to take the fitness gains from cyclo-cross training to build a successful 2010 racing season. In addition to being a great sport, cyclo-cross is also a great way to maintain and develop fitness during the colder months for successful road or mountain bike seasons. Take the fitness gained and use it as a stepping stone in 2010. Coach Fasczewski will offer training tips for the remainder of the ‘cross season to jump right into successful 2010 racing. Coach Fasczewski is co-owner of Vantaggio Fitness and Nutrition in Chattanooga, Tenn.
