Cyclocross Magazine’s Christine Vardaros caught up with Katie Compton after her Friday pre-ride to see how the 2016 Cyclocross World Championship course in Zolder is riding, just a day before the Elite Women’s race. Hear her impressions in the video above.

“The course rides fast and fun,” said Compton. “Everything is rideable at the moment, but we’ll see about tomorrow.” The weather forecast on our 2016 Zolder World Championship page indicates a very rainy forecast, but the sandy circuit should drain well in most spots.
