There was a large contingent of American riders across all the races at Namur yesterday. With many strong rides, it was the Junior Men that came away with the best results.

Spencer Petrov, winner of the Pan-American Continental Cyclocross Championships last month, rode to an impressive fourth place finish, just missing the podium, but showing real tenacity in his ride. And Gage Hecht, winner at Koksijde this year, proved he was on fine form for the races to come with a sixth place finish a minute back from his teammate. Denzel Stephenson took the last spot in the top 20 while Eric Brunner was 24th, Cameron Beard was 37th and Evan Clouse came in 46th.
