For this week’s Throwback Thursday we’re going to Belgium, and the iconic Koksijde World Cup course.
It’s 2003 and the winner of the race, a young Ben Berden of Belgium, who we spoke with earlier this week, finished ahead of Richard Groenendaal and Erwin Vervecken. It was Berden’s second win in Koksijde, having taking the victory the year before. You can see the bike Berden won the race on in 2002, here.
