Look Out World- Keoughs Host Fundraiser for World Championship Bid
To ‘cross fans in New England and across the country, the name Keough is certainly a familiar one. The seemingly endless line of Keough’s has been a dominant fixture in cyclocross for a better part of the past decade.
After a couple of strong showings in past World Championships (10th in 2007, 13th in 2008) and a bronze medal at this years U23 National Championships, Luke Keough has recently been named as a discretionary pick to represent the US in the 2010 U23 World Championships in Tabor, Czech Republic.
To help raise funds for Luke’s trip, the Keough family is hosting a Pasta Dinner and raffle and you are invited for a night of Spaghetti, Meatballs, and Cyclocross. The dinner will be held on Saturday January 16, 2010 from 6:00-10:00. Only $20 per adult. Kids (under 13) are free!
And don’t miss your chance to win a Brand New 40″ Sony LCD T.V. Raffle tickets will be sold for $20 and the drawing will take place on January 30, 2010. For more information or to purchase tickets, please visit the Keough Cyclocross website.
