String together 200 miles of gravel, wind, and the toughest riding you’ll ever do, and you get the Dirty Kanza 200-mile gravel grinder in Kansas, one of the earliest races of its kind and certainly one of the most popular, despite the difficulty in simply finishing.

This year, Brian Jensen took the win, but Barry Wicks (Kona) was close behind after winning the overall title in the Trans-Sylvania 3-Day Epic just days before.

In the women’s race, distance racer and MTB legend Rebecca Rusch took the win.
