2012 Cyclocross Nationals: The Course.

Details about Cyclocross Nationals for 2012 (that’s right, 2011 got skipped!) are finally revealed. While festivities begin on Tuesday, January 3rd, with packet pickup in Madison, Wisconsin, the real racing won’t begin until January 4th, and will culminate on Sunday, January 8th, with the Elite Men’s and Women’s races. Cyclocross Magazine will be at the races in full force, and will be providing constant coverage of the races and festivities. As you can see above, the course has been mapped out (though you’ll have to mentally add in the ice, snow and freezing temperatures that are sure to greet racers come the new year) and plans are being made. In fact, if you want to find out more about the plans for the race, check out our interview with Race Director Tom Schuler.
