While many cyclists have been using WD-40 on their chains for years now (often for cleaning, not lubing them), finally, there’s two new kinds of specific chain lube from the brand, along with a foaming bike wash and degreaser.

In addition, WD-40 has stepped up and helped to save the USGP series, in conjunction with new title sponsor Trek. WD-40 will be attending all of the races, and will have a sprinter van there to help amateurs have the full “pro racer” experience with some help from the new offerings from the brand.

We chatted with the man behind the cyclocross portion of WD-40′s bike plans, and he was excited to tell us all about what we can expect from them this season. Check out the interview below, and stay tuned for a review of their new wet and dry chain lubes.

Hopefully people don't use it like that, since regular WD40 dries out and destroys your chain... but the new stuff is a different story.
