IGORRE, SPAIN – Niels Albert (BKCP-Powerplus) nursed a small gap over Francis Mourey (FDJ) to take both the fourth round of the UCI World Cup and the series lead after Zdenek Stybar’s (Telenet-Fidea), the previous leader, was unable to start.
