It was a surprisingly snowy day in Philly yesterday for SSCXWC 2013, but racers and spectators were undeterred by the freezing temperatures and the eight inches of snow accumulation on some parts of the course by the time the women hit the starting “line.” Photographer Dominic Mercier shot the Everyone Is a Winner Race, the race for those who missed out on qualifying for the final races—the lucky non-qualifiers got the only non-snowy race of the day!
