’Cross is coming, but in Helena, Montana, it’s already here.

In May we brought you news that Geoff Proctor’s camp is returning for 2017 with its first-ever women’s camp. The women’s edition took place this past week with some of the top talent in the country attending.

Readers who followed our coverage last summer may be familiar with the creative, tough workouts Proctor, Chris McGovern, Tobin Ortenblad and other coaches put the attendees through, and this past week, young female cyclocrossers convened in Helena, Montana to have their turn at Proctor’s skill-building drills and workouts, while taking in Big Sky Country scenery as seen the videos below:

Kaitie Antonneau and Allison Arensman were on hand to coach the women attendees.

Photographer Tom Robertson was on hand to capture some of the fun, scenery and suffering. Have a look through his photo gallery below, and stay tuned for our in-person coverage of the men’s camp later this month.
