Lars van der Haar Signs with Argos-Shimano Starting March 2014
On the heels of his first Elite World Cup win, Lars van der Haar has announced that for the 2014 season beginning in March, he’ll be racing for Argos-Shimano. Nieuwsblad reported that the 22-year-old is excited about the change, saying, “I definitely see opportunities for myself to improve at Argos.”
“We will try to make Lars even better in cyclocross, that is that our goal with him,” said team manager Jens Lang. “In the summer, he will [have] a program on the road,” but the article continues to explain that ’cross will be his main focus going forward.
