Lance Armstrong to Race Cross Vegas

Lance Armstrong’s spokesperson, Mark Higgins, told Cyclocross Magazine on Tuesday that Lance is trying race Cross Vegas, and is planning on “getting in just in time for the race barring any flight delays.” With a press conference schedule in New York that morning, it sounds like he’ll have quite a busy day.

Armstrong is also holding a press conference at Interbike Thursday afternoon to discuss his future plans.

Cyclocross Magazine broke this news first after hearing through our sources that Lance was indeed attempting to come to Cross Vegas after his press conference, and we confirmed this news with Higgins immediately afterwards.
