Today we’ve got a neat little video interview with British cyclocross star Helen Wyman, put together by Kona Bikes. In this video below, she discusses her start in the sport, equal prize money for women, live television coverage for women in Europe, bunnyhopping barriers, hand positions on different courses and plenty more. It’s worth a watch and only seven minutes long.

The nine-time British Cyclocross National Champion and fan favorite will be returning to the States once again this season for the U.S. World Cups. Wyman first made her successful debut for Kona Bikes in the U.S. way back in 2009 to win Star Crossed in Seattle.

This season, she’ll be racing her Editors’ Choice award-winning but discontinued Super Jake carbon cyclocross bikes. For 2017, Kona Bikes has a slew of cyclocross and gravel bikes we previewed earlier this summer, but the Jake the Snake CR is the only carbon cyclocross bike available for consumers.
