Carl Decker may have won, and Adam Craig may have taken second in the cyclocross division of the Day of the Dead Super D race on the Friday night before Halloween in Bend, Oregon, but spectators were also blinded by the wide array of costumes worn by racers. The course had both a mountain bike and cyclocross race, setting it apart from most cyclocross courses. Adam Craig took first in the “regular” race, and settled for second in the cyclocross division. Photographer Mike Albright shared some of his favorite race pictures with us.

The race was part of the Day of the Dead Cyclocross Festival, so to find out who won the rest of the weekend, check out our other coverage of the Cross Crusade, both Saturday and Sunday, which also featured a costume race.
