The UCI Mountain Bike World Cup hit North America via the long-standing Mont Saint Anne location in Quebec last weekend. While France’s Julien Absalon and Canada’s Catharine Prendel took decisive wins, prominent cyclocrossers battled for and landed podium spots in both the men’s and women’s races.

Also worth noting are the performances of USA’s CX Worlds Team members Eric Emsky in 10th and National Champion Zach McDonald in sixth.
