NORTHAMPTON, Mass. — Stephen Hyde (Jam Fund / NCC) continued his winning ways on Day 1 of the Cycle-Smart International, leaping away from freshly-inked SSCXWC 2014 winner Adam Craig (Giant) and Dan Timmerman (House / SimpleHuman R.Sachs).

Hyde adds yet another win to his impressive season, one that already includes victories at the KMC Cyclo-cross Festival and Charm City.

In preparing for the race, Hyde added some physical labor to his training regimen, and it paid dividends by giving him a firsthand look at line choices:
