The Cross After Dark cyclocross series heads to Los Angeles for the finale event CXLA on Saturday November 30.   Ben Berden (Raleigh-Clement) and Katerina Nash (Luna Pro Team) lead the national cyclocross series with 3 of the 4 series events completed.  Both riders hold substantial leads over their closest rivals.

Berden maintains a 21 point lead over second-placed Tim Johnson (Cannondale/CyclocrossWorld.com) with 71 points while Jeremy Powers (Rapha-Focus) sits in third with 70 points and Ryan Trebon (Cannondale/CyclocrossWorld.com) hold fourth with 65 points.

Nash, with 95 points holds a substantial lead over Elle Anderson (Specialized-Cal Giant) with 59 points.  Nicole Duke (Marin-Spy Optic) sits in third with 58 points setting up a close battle for the second step on the podium.For Berden the position is becoming familiar, the Belgian held a similar lead heading to the final race last season and took overall series honors.

The Cross After Dark series includes Clif Bar CrossVegas held in Las Vegas in September, Gateway Cross Cup held in St. Louis in October, Lionhearts International Cross held in Cincinnati during November and CXLA held in Los Angeles in late November.  Complete series information including results and standings is available at www.crossafterdark.com.
